Systemic Coaching – Moderation
– Process Facilitation
Welcome to Queerfeminist Coaching!
„For me, coaching means asking the right questions at the right time in the right context and making offers.“
Offer
My offer to you is structure. I can offer you support in the form of digital and live coaching, or for change processes in your group, collective, association or company. Or in the form of moderating your event by helping the participants to get to know each other, loosen up and reduce tensions. Coaching doesn’t have the most unproblematic reputation, especially in the left-wing and queer scene, because it can convey a capitalist logic of improving oneself more and more. I understand that, but I also see a lot of advantages because it means you don’t have to structure yourself alone and you get ideas that you wouldn’t come up with on your own. This can also be valuable for your political practice, for example by looking at the power relations in your group and how you can negotiate them consensually. Or what your goals are and how you can get closer to them. Other areas where I can support you can be your relationship, your sexuality or your job, for example, if you are dissatisfied with it but don’t know what you want or where you would like to put your focus on.

„If something doesn’t work, that’s a good reason to do it differently, to keep going and to keep at it. And to show your vulnerability in the process. Soft.“

How I Work
In order to find the right support that fits your process, I use methods from systemic coaching, bodywork and theater pedagogy and from my involvement with leadership. Systemic coaching means looking at a person’s system, at what a person brings to the table through their personality, biography and values and their professional and personal environment. And on the task that you formulate. If something changes at one point in a system, it will reorganize itself. We are often very intelligent in finding strategies and ways to maintain things that we have grown fond of and that may not be good for us. My approach is to look systemically at what you want to change and what that means for all parts of your system and how you could recalibrate it.
„I would like to invite you to question things from a left-wing, emancipatory perspective.“

About Me
Hello, I am Sandix_ Fritzi Flachmann. From early on, I was often in a position to make different voices heard. Already at school and later in left-wing and queerfeminist groups, in which I was socialized and politicized. My intuition and my sense of justice often guide me and I look less at whether a (group) process follows certain norms than whether it feels good and right. My question is often: Are all the people are involved who should be? Do they have a chance to speak and space to share their ideas with the others? Are other positions than usual are also heard? I am interested in different forms and ideas of leadership, how groups are structured, how to deal with other forms of decision-making processes and hierarchies. And what justice means in this context. I would like to invite you to question things from an emancipatory perspective and to take a look with me at how you and others want to shape your processes and interactions.
